First think that there is a problem with imposition and printing. The film registration, film and PS version registrations were checked and reprinted with dozens of prints. Upon inquiry, it was learned that the ink used in this printing was the last remaining ink, but also added dry oil and relieving agent. After replacing the new ink and reprinting, the problem was completely solved.
