And fully embody the concept of "humanization, information, health park". One-card system architecture and key technologies The card system is a comprehensive application of smart cards in hospitals. It covers all aspects of employees and patients working and living in hospitals. Therefore, the selection of system construction products needs to incorporate safety into key assessment indicators, and adopt medium-to-high-end products with national qualification certification. At the same time, in order to strengthen the safety, flexibility and scalability of the products used by the hospital, it is convenient for me to open the product agreement. Frame structure The card system implemented in this hospital adopts C/S architecture and B/S architecture at the same time. The software closely integrated with peripherals such as card making adopts C/S structure to realize the functions of printing card surface and initializing card key; management software is B/S structure, the card management center staff can log in to the web version of the software for daily application management. System development environment The software environment of the card system is: server operating system Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, configuring Windows IIS; database is SQL Server 2008 R2; client operating system Windows XP or Windows 7. The card-dedicated network and the hospital business network are connected by the gatekeeper device to realize the association with the patient information in the HIS system to ensure the correct issuance of the patient's access control card; and the data interaction between the card system and the human resource system also passes through the gatekeeper. The data link is realized, and the data interaction between each system is realized by the Web Service. The use of the gatekeeper ensures that only the designated data packet of the designated port can pass through the gatekeeper device, which greatly ensures the security of the system. It has the characteristics of large user space, fast reading speed, and support for one card. The CPU card uses TCP/IP-based network communication protocol to support real-time detachment. The communication mode of the machine supports the PSAM card module and is implemented by reading the file in the card. Most importantly, the card-making key is mastered by the technicians of the hospital to protect the hospital's interests and ensure the safety and reliability of the project implementation, as well as the stability of future project maintenance. Implementation and application of the hospital The card system has been implemented in our hospital since January 2014. The project has adhered to the principles of safety and open compatibility. At present, all access control system management, patient access card and HIS automatic association, employee consumption and meal attendance have been established.
