Control technology for poor adhesion of four-layer corrugated cardboard

The temperature can transfer heat to the peak and meet the gelatinization temperature requirements. The hardness of the thick corrugated medium will become larger, and it will easily separate from the corrugating roller after molding, affecting the coating and compounding, and producing quality problems such as high and low enthalpy, collapse, degumming and "wood ear", so there must be sufficient adsorption air volume. And the negative pressure and the heating temperature can ensure the smooth application of the composite after the corrugated board is formed.

2. Relationship between speed and cardboard quality

(1) The most stable and economical speed of the production line should be the ideal adjustment speed.

(2) The strength and humidity of the paper should be suitable for the speed of the vehicle.

(3) The fluctuation of the speed of the car will affect the humidity control of the paper. The more stable the vehicle speed, the more stable the humidity control of each layer of paper, and the more stable the quality of the paperboard. A good heating system is necessary.
