1. Face material: the surface material, which is the material that accepts the printed image on the front side and the adhesive on the back side and finally applied to the object to be pasted. In general, any material that can be flexibly deformed can be used as a self-adhesive material. The type of surface material depends on the final application and printing process. The surface material should be able to adapt to printing and printing, have good ink repellency, and have sufficient strength to accept various processing. 6. 7. Back-coating or back-printing: Back-coating is a protective coating on the back side of the backing paper to prevent waste. The adhesive around the re-rolled label is bonded to the bottom paper. The uniformity of the adhesive and silicone oil coating and the correct coating amount directly affect the peeling force (release force) between the label and the bottom paper, and the peeling force directly affects the die cutting waste and the speed of the machine.
