Special printing

The packaging market in the world is developing rapidly. Among them, China's packaging industry has the fastest growth rate. Due to the visual impact of packaging, especially high-end packaging products. What is more, it pursues a variety of unique artistic effects in order to be unique in the market. Therefore, special printing technologies, materials, and processes are favored in the packaging field. With the continuous emergence and application of new materials and technologies, special printing technologies have unique advantages in today’s packaging and security printing, and they are playing a huge role in creating a wide variety of products, unique shapes and special effects. Packaging products offer unprecedented value added space. Statistics of the printing industry in China in 2005 showed that the global output value of special printing has exceeded US$130 billion. Dainippon Printing Co., Ltd. is the world's largest printing company founded in 1876 and with an annual turnover of US$11 billion. The per capita output value of its workers reaches 100 million yen. The company's total output value is 35% from the special printing business.

In general, we use special processing methods that use special inks, printing methods, special shapes, or special materials to collectively call special printing. Special prepress technology is a huge printing press technology group formed in combination with the latest edge sciences in the long-term development process. Therefore, there are many types of special printing, and the process is about 70 kinds. They are common with normal lithographic and letterpress printing. , gravure and screen printing are closely linked, and there are many unique features. Common special printing methods include: metal printing, glass printing, leather printing, plastic film printing, hose printing, curved printing, textile printing, circuit board printing, magnetic card and smart printing, ticket security printing, decal printing , adhesive label printing, thermal ink, color ink printing, pearl ink printing, foam ink printing, magnetic ink printing, fluorescent ink printing, embossing, three-dimensional printing, laser holographic iris printing, liquid crystal printing, Combination printing, special glossy printing, holographic hot stamping, inkjet printing, electrostatic printing, digital printing, simulation printing, transfer printing, braille printing, etc., are widely used in various fields such as finance, medical treatment, hygiene, packaging, culture and entertainment. . At present, China's special printing industry has also formed a certain industrial scale, and the relevant printing and processing technology has also become increasingly perfect. However, the domestic special printing market is still in the development stage and the market is far from mature. Compared with developed countries in Europe and the United States, there is still a large gap between China's special printing industry in terms of market size and consumption level. With the globalization of economy, each company is facing more and more severe tests. Tomorrow's market will put forward higher requirements for today's special printing: multiple printing process combinations, flexible and diversified production, new varieties, and high printing Quality, high production efficiency, low production cost, how to achieve green printing, etc. are all new opportunities and challenges faced by special printing companies. We believe that through the joint efforts of all parties, and regular or occasional event-specific technical and trade cooperation activities, the application and promotion of China's special printing will continue to accelerate.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a non-contact automatic identification technology. It identifies target objects and obtains related data through radio frequency signals. The identification work requires no manual intervention. RFID technology has the advantages of fire prevention, anti-magnetic, high-temperature resistance, long service life, large read distance, data on the label can be encrypted, storage data capacity is greater, and storage information is freely changed. RFID RFID tags are a typical combination of substrates and electronics. On the substrate, it contains the radio frequency circuit composed of the IC chip and antenna with product information. It receives the RF signal emitted by the dedicated reader reader through the antenna, and should check out the data information contained in the tag chip. It can also be sent to the host computer for processing, so as to achieve non-contact product identification, search and management, which breaks the limitations of traditional strip recognition. Because RFID has the characteristics of a mobile database, it is said that RFID may develop into one of the most widely used technologies in the global logistics, packaging, retail, manufacturing, transportation and other industries. The radio frequency identification (RFID) and electronic tag conference held in Cambridge, UK, recently predicted that the output value of the electronic tag market in the world will reach 4 billion U.S. dollars by 2007, and electronic tags such as RFID may be given to the printing industry. And a new big market for ink manufacturers.

As the world's manufacturing center, China is also one of the world's largest consumers. It will undoubtedly become a big country for the application of RFID technology. With the continuous innovation of special printing technologies and the full liberalization of the commodity market, which will continue to reduce the cost of RFID tags, the process of comprehensively promoting and applying RFID tags in China will be accelerated. Relevant experts predict that in the next few years, China will need more than 3 billion electronic tags per year, of which 830 billion will be needed for electronic consumer goods; 800 million will be needed for cigarette products; 130-1.4 billion will be needed for alcoholic products and 130 million IT products. Um, other products need about 700 million. If we take into account the market opportunities brought by the Beijing Olympics and the Shanghai World Expo, this expectation should be more optimistic. It is precisely based on the promotion of special printing and RFID technology and its application into the Chinese market that will become a hot topic in the future. We will organize the first China 2006 international special printing and RFID (RFID) technology exhibition with cross-industry characteristics. Will be on the agenda.
