PS,polystyrene is an amorphous,glassy polymer that is generally rigid and relatively inexpensive. Weight proportion:1.05g/m³,shrinkage factor:0.6%-0.8%. Mold temperature:170-250°C
2. what is ABS material?
ABS is a copolymer of Acrylonitrile,Butadiene,Styrene,generally possess medium strength and performance in medium cost. Weight proportion:1.05g/m³,shrinkage factor:0.4%-0.7%. Mold temperature:200-240°C, dry temperature:80-90°C.

It's depending on quantity, usually 15-20days. 

F. Do you have assembly instruction?  
This is assembled and can be used directly after unpacking.

G. How much do we need to pay for sample?
For sample,we usually charge 2 times price, and the freight should be paid by buyer, we will return the sample cost when buyer place order.
