These characteristics of the composite membrane bring certain difficulties and problems to the sampling of quantitative detection. We originally used the utility knife and hard ruler to cut samples when testing the quantification of the composite membrane. Not only was it time-consuming and time-consuming, but the sampling accuracy was also low. YQ-Z-7 circular quantitative sampler punching paper samples have the advantages of high precision and fast speed, but because the composite film is thin and soft, if it is directly punched, it is easy to cause sample specifications due to the sinking and deformation of the sample. The obvious error, and the film is also easy to jam the edge of the punch, causing the punch to block and malfunction. In response to this phenomenon, the author took a piece of waste paper with an appropriate area and a weight of about 150 grams, folded it in half, and then sandwiched the composite film hair sample to be punched between the two layers of paper, and then put them into the punch Punch together with the tool. In this way, since the thick paper plays a role of sandwiching the composite film, the phenomenon of sinking and deformation of the film is effectively avoided. This sampling method not only ensures the precision of the sample punching, but also improves the accuracy of the raw material detection.
