Under the screen plate, a sponge is slightly higher than the thickness of the screen plate. The size of the sponge is larger than the picture part. After the ink is adjusted, the screen plate is set off and evenly coated on the sponge. Put down the screen to start the trial printing, without scraping, first try to print a few with a white wrap on the cup, and other ink transfer is more uniform when the formal opening. The cup is cylindrical, and the tea cup is rolled on the screen plate. At this time, the printing ink on the screen plate is transferred to the cup. The transfer requires uniform pressure, otherwise it will be printed paste. If the ink transferred to the teacup is light, it may be necessary to add ink or cause blocking.
