1. Hot stamp

(1) Influencing factors of three-dimensional hot stamping

1 equipment accuracy. Stereo stamping must use a high-precision stamping machine, otherwise it will easily lead to damage to the stamper, thereby affecting the stamping quality.

2 Electrochemical aluminum foil quality. The release coating and gluing layer of galvanized aluminum foil is one of the main factors that affect the hot stamping speed and the hot stamping quality. If these coatings are not sensitive to heat, the hot stamping speed will be reduced accordingly.

2) Precautions in holographic hot stamping

1 Overprint accuracy when holographic pattern stamping is generally controlled within ±1mm and may reach ±0.5mm under particularly good conditions. Therefore, we must take this into consideration when designing holographic patterns, and try to avoid the graphic design of tight seams to prevent the difficulty of production and the quality of products.

2 In the production of holographic patterns, the spacing of the patterns must be consistent, otherwise it is difficult to ensure the overlay accuracy of the holographic pattern after hot stamping.

3 Hot stamping surface needs to be polished, otherwise it may cause deviation of holographic effect.

2. Refraction

(1) Refraction

1 According to the different materials, metal refraction can be divided into two kinds of copper plate and steel plate, because the steel crystal is relatively thick, therefore, the reticulated version of thin network cable should not use steel plate, but should use copper plate.

2 The size of the reticulated screen should be determined according to the printed text. Generally, the number of reticulated lines in the packaged printed matter is between 60 and 200 lines per inch, and the number of reticulated lines in the metal frame is between 170 and 300 lines per inch. The reticulated version of the thick cable can be made deeper, not only with good refraction, but also with indentation.

(2) Refractive paper The paper used in refractive processing is mostly aluminum-plated paper, which has a variety of colors such as gold and silver, and matt paper.

(3) Refraction indentation Because of the large area of ​​the refractive indentation and the complicated lines, pressure control is very important. In addition, the choice of drum liner material is also very important, using a felt, paper made of a mixture of wool, rubber, pulp as a liner, can get excellent indentation effect.

3. Money sweep

In order to ensure the quality of sweeps and avoid the occurrence of problems such as sticking (that is, the blank part of the paper is also stuck with gold powder), the following issues should be noted.

(1) The ambient temperature should be controlled between 22 and 25 °C, and the humidity should be controlled between 50% and 55%.

(2) First place the printed sheet in a dry environment, adjust its moisture content, and ensure that the surface of the ink is fully dried, and then perform the gold sweep, otherwise it may affect the quality of the gold sweeper.

(3) In order to ensure the adhesion of gold powder on the printed sheets, it should be noted that the alkalinity of the fountain solution cannot be too strong, and the pressure of the polisher should be appropriate to prevent the powder from falling out.

4. Style printing

(1) If the style is printed after printing and laminating, it must be based on the specific circumstances of the appropriate choice of film material, such as with a film or matt film, otherwise it will affect the style of imprint effect. At the same time, it should be noted that the quality and manner of lamination will also affect the quality and effectiveness of the style imprint.

(2) Coated paper, offset paper, white paperboard, whiteboard paper, and other packaging and printing paper and paperboard are all suitable for pattern printing. The effect produced by different papers also has some differences, and we must pay attention to the difference.
