Bearing support rigidity and concentricity

The shaft, the housing on which the bearing is mounted, or other components in the bearing housing and bearing assembly must have sufficient rigidity. Because the deformation of these parts will block the rolling element rolling, so that the bearing is destroyed in advance. The shell and bearing seat should be of sufficient thickness, the bearing bracket cantilever of the wall plate should be as short as possible, and stiffening ribs are used to reinforce the rigidity of the bearing part. If the surgery is made of light alloy or non-metal, use a steel or cast iron liner.

The two supporting seat holes on one shaft must be kept as concentric as possible to avoid excessive skew between the inner and outer rings. It is advisable to use a monolithic housing and to remove the two holes in the mounting bearing. If bearings of different sizes are installed on one shaft, the bearing housing holes on the housing should still be bored out at a time. In this case, the liner can be used to install the bearings with smaller dimensions. When the two housing bores are split into two housings, the two housings should be grouped together for boring.
