Closing failure ABC

Closure failure is one of the most common failures in the printing process. No matter the size, simplicity or complexity, the failure is nothing more than ABC. A is a sudden failure, B is a natural failure, and C is a human failure. These three situations, no matter which one, will cause trouble for the printing work once it occurs. Three simple examples are now used to illustrate.

A sudden failure

The so-called sudden failure refers to a kind of failure that the machine suddenly encounters during normal operation. Such failures may arise due to accidents, or they may occur inadvertently. If a 08 machine is printing, the paper is jammed, resulting in constant pressure. Under normal circumstances, the jammed paper will be released from pressure, and after removing the bad paper, you can restart the machine. This is not the case at this time. The paper jammed the roller but there was no pressure. Only press the stop button and then turn on, the ink roller handle will spring back to indicate the pressure. For this kind of situation, the first thought of an experienced operator is to press the pre-regulated voltage piece by hand, because the voltage piece is too high and does not come into contact with the paper table, it will cause the main voltage. After lowering the voltage piece, try again. Once the voltage is removed, it means that the fault is due to this. Why is there such a failure? This is because the paper is deformed after being jammed, and is quickly pulled by the delivery paper teeth, which causes the voltage sheet to touch the ground for no reason.

B natural failure

Natural faults refer to faults caused by the aging of electrical components, wear and tear of parts, and mutations. Some of these faults are caused by electrical appliances, and some are caused by machinery. For example, in some machines, the pressure cannot be closed during printing. Open the shield to check that the circuit is not broken. When closing the pressure, the electromagnetic iron is also activated. Press the button continuously, occasionally closing the pressure again. Obviously there is no problem with the electrical appliances in the electric box. Since the electromagnet works, it means that the buttons and the circuit are normal. Further inspection of the pressure-bonding mechanism of the drum revealed that when the pressure was combined, the pawl and the bump were not in place. The screw of the fixing frame of the electromagnet originally became loose and moved outward, which made the action of the electromagnet fail to meet the requirements. Fix the electromagnet again, and then close it again. This failure is due to the repeated action of the electromagnet and mechanical vibration, and over time, the fixing screw naturally becomes loose.

C artificial failure

Failures caused intentionally or unintentionally are considered human failures. In printing work, human failures often occur. Man-made pressure failure is no exception. For example, there is a machine at work, whether it is empty or jammed, it will not stop flying and will not be pressed. The voltage piece of the front gauge was measured with folded paper, and it was confirmed that the voltage piece was in normal contact with the iron table, and there was no excessive phenomenon. Check the relevant buttons and switches again and found the problem. The switch that was originally placed on the large Zhang was pulled out of the empty position. This switch has three functions, one is a large sheet, the other is a small sheet, and the third is an empty sheet. When printing a small sheet of four, you need to pour the front rule into it and place the switch on the small sheet. If it is left empty, there will be no pressure. Pull it back to its original place and it works fine.

From the above three most common small faults, we can see that each fault has its own uniqueness and representativeness, and of course there is also a certain connection. Therefore, we should sum up some similar small experiences for reference of peers, so that the work can proceed smoothly.

Leather Corner Sofa

Leather Corner Sofa is normally put into the corner of the room. The leather corner sofa is a kind of combination sofa which make the room more beautiful. There are many kinds of combinations for the leather corner sofa. The leather corner sofa is often composed of single seat, loveseat, corner seat, three seat, chaise lounge and ottoman, you can choose your own combination according to your room size.
