Coca-Cola uses "thin" metal cans

The Coca-Cola HBC Italian subsidiary launched a taller, slimmer soft-drink can. This container, called the "Sleek can", contains 330 ml of product made in Corfinio in central Italy.

HBC Italia will invest 750,000 euros to make this tank at a rate of 120,000 per hour. Older tanks serving the market for 30 years will gradually be replaced by this new tank. This sleek can will gradually replace the old cans that packaged Coca-Cola Light, Fanta and Sprite and other soft drinks.
