This inspection is based on GB 18584-2001 "Limited Quantity of Hazardous Materials in Wood Furniture for Interior Decoration Materials", QB/T 2530-2001 "Wooden Cabinet", GB/T 3324-2008 "General Technical Conditions for Wood Furniture", GB/T 24821-2009 "Table Dining Chair" and the requirements of the product technical indicators, 20 items of wood furniture products such as formaldehyde emission, heavy metal content, woodworking requirements, physical and chemical properties of paint film, etc., were tested in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, A total of 392 batches of wood furniture products were produced from 263 enterprises in 8 cities including Zhuhai, Foshan, Shunde, Jiangmen, Zhongshan and Dongguan. 327 batches were inspected and the pass rate of sampled batches was 83.4%. The unqualified items are mainly mechanical properties (vertical loading stability of the active part and drawer slide strength), formaldehyde emission, and woodworking requirements.
