After the automatic paper feeding mechanism of the chain was changed, the paperboard was stacked on the paper feed table and the automatic paper feeding was implemented. This not only reduced the labor intensity of the operator, but also improved the paper feeding efficiency and accuracy.

Second, the original phase manual adjustment mechanism to manual zero trimming and automatic zero trimming
Manual adjustments, slow adjustments, trials, and waste of cardboard. Using zero trimming not only improves the adjustment speed, but also makes the operation more convenient. Third, improve the slotting knife and pressure line adjustment method

Fourth, the original ink semi-automatic cycle, to manual automatic cycle and pneumatic automatic cycle
The original semi-automatic cycle is the ink cycle when the machine is turned on, and the ink cannot be circulated when it is stopped. This will easily cause the ink to dry on the anilox roller, blocking the mesh and affecting the printing effect. Changing to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation can avoid the above situations and greatly improve the printing effect.
