After the corrugating roller wears, it is difficult to directly measure the change in the caries (changes in height and uniformity) without special test tools. In order to discover the change of corrugated tooth in time, the simplest test method is: on the produced single-sided paperboard, cut a regular piece of paperboard, then use tampon to draw iodine evenly on the face paper. On the peak, a blue arc appears immediately on the tissue. If the corrugation is worn, the arc will appear wide, narrow, or even broken; if the corrugation is not worn, the blue arc will be uniform and no disconnection will occur. According to the display of the blue arc, the degree of wear of the peak can be determined at a glance.

The principle is: At present, most of the adhesive used in the manufacture of carton is a mixture of starch and various auxiliary materials. According to chemical common sense, the iodine-bound starch will appear blue, and the coating amount of the starch binder is uniform when the dental caries are not worn, and the blue arc presented is also uniform; otherwise, it is not uniform. Therefore, according to the condition of the blue arc, the degree of wear of the corrugating roller can be determined. If the wear condition of the corrugating roller is known, it is possible to determine the cause of the pressure insufficiency caused by the cause of the corrugating roller, and to solve the problem in a targeted manner.
