PE / PP bicomponent skin-core composite spunbond nonwoven fabric

Two-component composite spunbond nonwoven fabric with polyethylene as the skin layer and polypropylene as the core layer. The raw materials can be PE / PP, PE / PA, PP / PP. The skin-core type can be made into different ratios such as 50/50, 20/80, can be made into the same core or off-core, and the side-by-side type can also be made into 50/50, 20/80, AB type, ABA type and so on. It is generally produced by hot air or hot rolling bonding technology. The specification of the product is 15 ~ 60g / m2. It has excellent heat-sealability and can use polymers with different melting points to form sheath-core bicomponent fibers. The product strength is 10% to 25% higher than ordinary spunbond products. It is used in diapers, napkins, etc., and its unit mass can be reduced. The two-component polymer has good shape retention when deeply tensioned. If the correct spinning technology is used, it can produce very soft, drape-like products with silk style. In addition, hydrophilic, water repellent and antistatic surface treatments can also be performed.
At present, there are many companies in the world that have produced such products, such as BBA Company, Japan Susu Company, and Japan Unica. In China, Shaoxing Yaolong and Shanghai Synthetic Fiber Institute have started to develop and produce. According to reports, in mid-July 2006, a company in Tianjin also formally signed an agreement with Nordson Corporation to introduce a complete set of two-component melt-blown nonwoven fabric production lines from Nordson Corporation. It is said that the width of this set of equipment is 24m, and polyester, nylon and polypropylene slices can be used as raw materials to produce two-component melt-blown nonwoven fabrics, and the minimum fineness of the fiber can reach 0 7d.
